Andy’s role is to work with and manage a team of Area Sales Managers throughout Northern England & Scotland.
“What I like best about my job is that, in my position I can put my skills and experiences gained from my previous positions at Ecophon to good use by helping, advising and developing our current sales people and the customers within their regions.
The role is varied and sometimes pressurized, but I take great satisfaction and love that I am able to support others whilst having a greater influence on our business and its future growth within the market place.

I feel that I have improved my knowledge and skills a great deal, thanks to support from the company and from my colleagues. Apart from being a hobby, I hope this will give me the possibility of communicating more easily with my international colleagues and customers in the future.
