Ecophon Master™ A + Extra Bass

Master A + Extra Bass is a suspended ceiling system especially developed for spaces where low frequency absorption is required, i.e. class rooms. The Master A ceiling has an exposed grid and each tile is easily demountable. On top of the Master A panel a specially made low frequency absorber is placed, Ecophon Extra Bass™. Extra Bass reduces unwanted sounds at 125 Hz and greatly improves listening comfort and speech clarity in the room. Extra Bass may advantageously cover 100% of the total ceiling area for best acoustic performance but not less than 50%. By adding a reflecting zone above the place where the teacher normally stands, you can ensure speaker comfort. This is available as Master Rigid A/gamma.
