Lea_Simon.jpg“My professional journey began in the industrial world, where I worked as an R&D engineer in a manufacturing plant for several years. I specialised in developing high-performance silica fibers for demanding applications such as electronics, managing production trials, and collaborating with international clients to meet strict technical specifications. This experience gave me a strong foundation in materials science, process optimisation, and project management. I hold a double degree in chemistry and materials science, which has shaped my analytical mindset and problem-solving approach. Today, I’ve taken on a new challenge: acoustics. While this is a new field for me, I’m learning every day and applying my technical background to create solutions that make a real difference.

Acoustics isn’t just about sound – it’s about creating spaces where people can heal, focus, and thrive.

I believe that sound is more than just a physical phenomenon, it’s a key factor in how we feel, focus, and heal. My ambition is to help create spaces where acoustic comfort supports wellbeing. In healthcare environments, this means creating calmer, quieter spaces that reduce stress for patients and improve concentration for medical staff. Through awareness, education, and innovative solutions, I want to contribute to environments that are not only functional but also human-centered. For me, acoustics is about improving quality of life, and I’m excited to be part of this transformation.

Curiosity drives me. I love learning, exploring new ideas, and connecting with people. I’m proactive and adaptable, always ready to take on challenges and find creative solutions. My previous experience taught me the value of teamwork and clear communication, and I bring that same energy to every project. Dynamic and positive, I enjoy leading workshops, writing technical content, and contributing to industry standards. Continuous improvement is part of who I am, I believe that every day is an opportunity to grow and make an impact.

Let’s connect and create spaces where sound truly supports wellbeing!”
