High-quality acoustics for a modern workplace

EOS KSI Slovakia is a leading name in debt management, helping businesses every day by taking the stress out of debt collection. When planning their new headquarters, they aimed to do the same for their employees – creating a space free from unnecessary noise.

The new offices are located in Apollo Nivy, one of Bratislava’s most modern office buildings. The choice was guided by flexible layout options, advanced technology, excellent accessibility, and proximity to services – an environment designed to support both productivity and wellbeing.

Acoustics as the foundation for focus and comfort

The ambition was to transform the leased premises into a pleasant, distraction-free workspace. High-quality acoustic solutions were therefore a key element of the design – not only in open-plan areas but also in corridors and the popular “relax room”, used for meetings and quick brainstorming sessions.

Interior designers at InaAs selected Ecophon Focus™ Lp and Ecophon Solo™ Baffle systems, which effectively reduce echo and disruptive noise, even in spaces with hard surfaces or high foot traffic. The freely suspended Solo Baffle panels also enhanced the contemporary aesthetic, combining visual appeal with acoustic performance.

The result is a workplace with excellent speech intelligibility and significantly reduced noise – crucial factors for productivity and a healthy working environment.

Functionality, design and flexibility in harmony

The combination of both systems created a cohesive and functional solution that complements the office architecture without dominating it. The space feels modern, elegant and calm.
